What is Smosh? Smosh is a Youtube comedy duo starring Anthony Padilla and Ian Hecox.
One of the coolest aspects of Smosh is their beginnings. Way back in 2005, they released videos of them lip-syncing to various themes, like Mortal Kombat and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. One of these videos, the one of them singing the Pokemon theme song, became much more popular than the others, becoming the most-watched video on Youtube at the time with 25 million views. The success of these videos prompted them to shift towards comedy skits, and here they are, 6 years later, the third most-subscribed on Youtube. Makes you wonder where'd they be if they hadn't posted the videos...
Before I start postin' videos, I'd like to put a little disclaimer. I'm lying in the title; these are my favorite Smosh videos, not necessarily the best. Everyone's welcome to their own opinions. Do you have a favorite, or disagree with one of mine? Leave a comment!
Onto the vids! In no particular order...
Yes, cross-dressing is very normal. VERY NORMAL. Also, we get an appearance of a running gag they have. If you don't know what I'm talking about, let's just say the day the gag goes through, fangirls will squee for months.
AND NOW FOR SOME SUPER-SERIAL RELATIONSHIP ADVICE:
One of their many "if ... was real" videos. These are seriously hilarious. Especially their pokemon ones. Here, I'll give ya one! (I just saw the third one's coming Friday! I can't wait!)
