To the Juniors:
Junior year! Heck yeah! Upperclassmen, fer'real!
Umm...just say the same, yeah? Keep up the hard work, stick to the activities you like, and make new friends. This is probably the year you're going to start lookin' at colleges. Just know that at this point, it's okay if you don't know exactly where you're goin' in life. I'm a freshman in college and I'm still not dead-set on my major!
Also, AP courses aren't everything. Don't overload yourself if you feel overworked.
To the Seniors:
SEEN-YOURS! SEEN-YOURS! HOO! HOO! HOO! TOP OF THE SCHOOL BABY!
This is it. The final year. The Last Crusade. The Return of the Jedi. This is your last chance at good ol' GN.
2 hated words: College Applications. Get'em in soon, yeah? The longer you put'em off, the more you'll dread them. Trust me.
Keep up with the activities you've cemented yourself in. Most importantly, keep working hard until the very end. Don't catch the Senioritis bug if you plan on leaving strong.
Lastly, enjoy the time with your friends and acquaintances. There may be a chance you won't see some of these people for a long time after high school. Cherish the time together, and never forget the good times.
That's all, folks! If you have a suggestion for anything, leave a comment or drop a question in my formspring (located a few posts back). Stay flamin'!
